SHIPPING POLICY

All items purchased directly from www.sagelivingandhomewares.com.au will require shipping from Indonesia.

 

PT Sage International T/a SAGE Living & Homewares provide goods that will be shipped from outside Australia and therefore may have a delivery timeframe anywhere from 14 to 90 days subject to ocean traffic.

 

All items purchased will require a quote for shipping from Indonesia.

 

There are two shipping options available for Australia

STANDARD CARGO BOX  - Size is - 57cm L x 32 D x 47cm H  - up to 25kg max, Cost is $170 and this price includes delivery from Indonesia to your Door

Cubic Metre  x 1 (delivery within Australia is quoted separately please see below), Cost is $650 for 1cbm, this includes delivery to our warehouse only.

 

You will receive a delivery quote for all goods prior to purchasing or ordering.

 

Your quote will include shipping to your door in Australia.  Delivery costs within Australia will vary based on your location.  Pick up is available in Tanunda, South Australia.

 

Delivery charge for Adelaide Metro area is $55.

REFUND POLICY

Items ordered directly from the www.sagelivingandhomewares.com.au  website will be covered under our 14 day return policy. 

Returns will only be considered for items damaged in transit or you received an incorrect item.  

For all damaged in transit or incorrect item claims please contact us at info@sagelivingandhomewares.com.au to discuss.   If your claim is accepted by PT Sage International t/a SAGE Living & Homewares you will be emailed instructions on how to return your item including a shipping label.

SAGE Living & Homewares will not accept returns for change of mind.

Please inspect all your goods upon receipt and contact us straight away if your goods are damaged/defective or you have received an incorrect item so we can assess the situation and give you the best possible outcome.

 

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Item/s must be returned and received by SAGE Living & Homewares within 14 days from the date we have agreed to the return.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and paid via the agreed payment method and for the returned item/s only excluding any shipping costs.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

PT SAGE International t/a SAGE Living & Homewares is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels during the return delivery.
